What is therapy for?
It comes with being human to sometimes feel that we struggle to accommodate experiences or the impact of certain events in our lives – leaving us feel directionless, uncertain or lost in our very own world. The purpose of therapy, as I see it, is one: to help you make sense of your world and confidently navigate your own life.

I keep discovering that life is never black and white and that the exploration of the issue at hand can reveal another hidden issue – but equally significant. The exploration of such mesh of experiences can be useful and rewarding.
